Opportunities Abound

Windridge strives daily to enhance the quality of life for children, adults, and veterans with disabilities or mental health needs using Equine-Assisted Services regardless of their ability to pay.  Often families with loved ones living with disabilities do not have the funds available for additional services or therapies, due to the cost of constant medical bills, prescription costs, and/or medical equipment.  It is Windridge’s policy, since it’s conception, to never turn away an individual due to their inability to pay.

Our Scholarship Program is set up to create opportunities for participants who otherwise could not afford weekly ride fees.  Our Scholarship Program is funded entirely by donors.  One of the questions that is asked when inquiring about our Equine-Assisted Services is about the cost.  It is because of the generosity of donors that families do not have to worry about finding the funds to afford the weekly ride fee.
